We will quote you a guide price over the phone, based on the information which you provide us with about your property. Unless this information is inaccurate, this price will not vary, there will be NO EXTRAS CHARGES.
Before we clear the property or remove the rubbish, we will agree a price with you before we start. Just point to the items that need clearing.
How long will the house clearance take?
We can usually clear a full, average sized, property within 2 to 3 hours. The time which it will take to clear your property depends on size of the property, level of clutter etc. Before we come to your property we will provide you with an estimate for the time involved.
Are you a registered waste carrier?

When clearing a cluttered property how do you decide what to throw out and what to keep?
We have developed a keen sense for what is disposable and what needs to be retained. We filter the contents of the house in an appropriate and efficient manner, retaining reusable, resalable and sentimental items along the way. At the end of the property clearance we will usually ask the customer to come along and assess the items with us and decide what items they may wish to retain. The remaining items will either be sold, send to charity or disposed of appropriately (for example important legal documents will be shredded).
What will happen to all of my old clothes etc. after the house clearance?
On a full house clearance, we clear the entire house, including all clothes, shoes, bedding, ornaments etc. Any items such as old clothes and blankets which we believe are reusable are sent to CHARITIES. We then RECYCLE as much of the remaining waste as possible.
I have recently purchased a property which has been neglected and is dirty, can House Clearance Bournemouth deal with a property clearance like this?
